For non-skiers or those of you who might want a day of from the slopes. Why not try some of the other activities that are available in Montalbert or close by in La Plagne.

Husky Dog Sleigh Rides
You can experience the fun of being in charge of your own sleigh. The husky dog sleigh rides skirt through the forests of Montalbert. Fun for the whole family! (children need to be 6 or older) 

Bobsleigh
In Plagne 1800 you can experience the Olympic Bobsleigh Course. You have a choice of single mono Bob, a self steering Bob Raft or the Taxi Bob where you are passenger and the professional driver will take you down with speeds of up to 60km an hour!

Snow Shoe Walks
Take a guided tour through the beautiful forests that surround Montalbert. Enjoy the fresh air and the tranquillity of the mountains. Snowshoes and equipment can be hired at the Ski Hire shop.

Snow Scooters
Snow scooter hire is available in several locations including Belle Plagne, Plagne Bellecote and Plagne Centre. Guided tours are available when the pistes close.

Ski Guiding
For more experienced skiers the local ski schools offer ski tours and ‘safaris’ off piste and  across the mountains. See some of the more remote areas the region has to offer.
